At Four Fathoms, we  keep classes small and use highly experienced and enthusiastic  instructors. A good diver never stops learning and our team enjoys teaching all levels of diver from novices up to divemaster/assistant instructor. We offer SCUBA training from recreational level to technical diving with PADI, TDI, SDI and DAN certifications.

 
Open Water Training
 

Class and Confined Water Training

Includes class lectures, confined water training, rental equipment for confined water training,  Open Water Manual. (Mask, Fins, & Snorkel not included)
 
 
 

Open Water Training Dives
 
Includes all open water training over 4 dives. Tanks and air fills are included. Equipment for open water training is not included and can be rented through our shop..

You must complete class, confined and open water training to obtain the Open Water Certification.
Must be at least 12 years of age to start class and in good physical condition. Guardian accompaniment highly recommended for children under 14.  Junior students need to possess proper maturity and aptitude.  Ability to swim 300 yards and tread water for 10 minutes is required from all students.
 
Advanced Open Water Training

The Adventures in Diving program offers both the Adventure Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications. If you complete any three adventure dives, you can earn your Adventure Diver certification. If you complete your Deep Adventure Dive, Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive and three Adventure Dives for a total of five, you can earn your Advanced Open Water Diver certification. Advanced Open Water Manual, tanks and air fills are included.
 

Specialty Diver Certifications
 

How far will you take this diving thing? It's up to you. With Specialty Diver Programs you can chart your course for a colorful collection of awesome dives. Sure, your certification opens up the oceans and lakes to you, but the Specialty Dives take the underwater adventure to depths that will stir your soul. Achieving Specialty ratings can take anywhere from as little as one day to a full weekend -but this is all hands-on, so you'll be diving right from the start.

Rewarding and fun – that best describes the Rescue Diver course. This course will expand your knowledge and experience level: Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence.

 

Take the first step in your dive career and become a  Divemaster. Working closely with an Instructor, you'll expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as you become a dive professional.  Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities by training you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
 
 Master SCUBA Diver

This is where the best of the best come to play because the dive possibilities are endless.
To become a Master Scuba Diver you must log 50 dives and complete the following Courses:
Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver,
Rescue Diver, and Five Specialty Diver courses
